# Markets

Our primary focus is on tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs), starting with promising markets in the Middle East, the European Union, and Indonesia. By beginning our journey in Dubai, Central Europe, and Bali, we aim to unlock the full potential of these diverse and dynamic markets.

**Middle East Market: Dubai**\
Dubai is renowned for its robust real estate market, innovative financial services, and a forward-thinking regulatory environment that embraces blockchain and digital assets. This makes Dubai an ideal launching pad for our tokenization projects, especially in the real estate sector. Investors can look forward to accessing a wide range of high-value properties, from luxurious residential units to commercial spaces that promise attractive returns.

**European Union Markets: Central Europe**\
Central Europe boasts a diverse and stable economic landscape, making it an attractive destination for investors looking to diversify their portfolios. The region's real estate market, in particular, offers a mix of historical and modern properties, with countries like Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary showing significant growth potential. Thovt.io's focus on Central Europe is guided by the region's economic resilience, favorable investment climate, and increasing openness towards blockchain technology and digital assets.

**Indonesian Market: Bali**\
Bali, known for its thriving tourism industry and picturesque landscapes, presents a unique opportunity for real estate investments, particularly in the hospitality and luxury residential sectors. The island's growing appeal among international investors, coupled with Indonesia's supportive regulatory framework for foreign investment in real estate, makes Bali a strategic location for our tokenization initiatives. This expansion will allow us to offer investors access to exclusive properties in one of the world's most sought-after tropical destinations.

As we expand our footprint, Thovt.io remains committed to exploring new markets and opportunities that align with our vision of making real-world asset investments accessible, transparent, and profitable for everyone. Our journey into the Middle East, the European Union, and Bali is just the beginning, as we continue to seek out markets where our platform can make the most significant impact.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://thovt-io.gitbook.io/thovt/real-world-assets/markets.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
